These are some of the FAQ's...

If you've read through these and still have more questions feel free to get in touch and we'll be more than happy to help.

1. What hours are you available?

Our working hours are from 8am - 16:00 but we're available from 07:00 - 18:30. If your enquiry is outside of these times then feel free to leave a message via the contact form or email. All of which can be found on our 'Contact' page. We aim to be in touch within 24-48 hours. We do offer a 'Emergency call out service' which is 24 hours, fee's vary depending on the time the day and an initial call our fee is to be paid upfront.

2. Should we supply materials?

It doesn't matter too much who supply the materials, we can offer a pick up service if you've pre ordered and paid for materials from a supplier in the local area. Sometimes, depending on the job/project its best that you supply materials, such as a kitchen or bathroom install. This way you're getting exactly what you want, again we can pick up the materials. with tiling projects we alway prefer the customer to have the tiles ready to go but we will always supply adhesive and grout and will never use any that's been sat around. 

3. Do you really cover "all aspects"?

YES! We really do cover all aspects, we've been around the industry for a very long time and can confidently wear the title that we know a thing or 2. Try us, we're happy to prove it!

4. What happens to rubbish and waste?

Depending on the size of the project/job we always like a skip to be on site, the majority of the time this is in with the price anyway but always best to check the T's & C's of the quote. If there isn't enough waste to justify a skip then we will put you in contact with a licensed waste carrier, this isn't always covered in the quote, so again, best to check the T's & C's. We will always leave your property in a respectful and clean manner and will happily deal with the skip ordering and dealing with waste carriers so you don't have to. 

5. What are your payment terms? How do I pay?

We alway require a deposit upfront, without this we cannot book you in. Once the deposit is paid we will aim to get you booked in to get the work completed ASAP or within the time frame that suits you the most. We aim to be as accommodating as possible. Depending of the size of the job we may ask for part payments, this is generally on jobs over 7-10 days. Once the job is completed we expect the full remaining balance to be paid within 24 hours. Payments are accepted via Card, Bank transfer, PayPal or Cash, invoices are always sent over for payments. In some cases deposits are non-refundable. We always aim to have jobs completed on time and within budget, our quotes covers us for our time as well as completing the job. 

6. Do you offer any discounts?

We're always happy to pass on any 'trade' discounts but unfortunately we cannot offer discounts on our labour costs. We aim to price our work competitively and we have to be sure we cover all of our overheads, including insurances. We price our work so that we can offer the best possible  results that will leave you very satisfied with the outcome. We won't compete on price with anyone who doesn't complete work to out high standards. We will always use our experience to help you with ideas of how to keep a job within budget.

7. What will I get with a "Free quote"?

We offer a free, no obligation quote which comprises of a site visit/meeting to get to know you and what it is that you want to achieve. Once we are both satisfied we have all the information, we will quote for you work, if its within budget then we'll move forward in some circumstances  we may ask for a payment if we have to have additional site visits or have to re quote. This only applies if the site visits and re quotes are instructed by you, we have to cover out time. You will be notified if we intend to charge before hand, we will never surprise you with a bill.

8. You done some work for me and there's an issue...

We always aim to complete our work to the highest standard and if you encounter any issues then never hesitate to get in touch, we will always do what we can to rectify the issue. Our reputation is important to us and so are our customers and their happiness.

9. I've read through these but haven't got the answer I'm looking for...
